Overview
JIANGKAI NBC-HW-100 (-60 ℃) Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a test equipment used to simulate high temperature, low temperature and constant heat and humidity, alternating heat and humidity environment. It mainly conducts environmental adaptability tests on electronic, electrical, household appliances, automotive and other product parts and materials, and inspects its performance indicators.
Features
1. Adopt fully dense Compressor imported from France, environmentally friendly refrigerant R404A, equipped with fin condenser and evaporator to form an efficient and stable refrigeration system.
2. The control system adopts the original TEMI880 all Chinese LCD 7-inch touch screen imported from Korea, which is intuitive to operate, supports programmable control of temperature and humidity at the same time, and has Linear dispersion display and fault diagnosis functions.
3. High controller accuracy, temperature +/- 0.1 ℃, humidity +/- 1% RH, with multi-group PID control and automatic calculation function.
4. The program capacity is large, with a maximum of 100 sets of programs, a total of 5000 segments, and the repeatability to execute commands up to 9999 times, and has the function of power-off memory and automatic renewal of power-back.
5. The inner box is made of stainless steel plate (SUS #304), the thermal insulation layer is made of rigid polyurethane foam and Glass cotton, and the box door is equipped with three-layer vacuum observation window, which has good thermal insulation and observation performance.
Principle
The equipment works together through the refrigeration system (Compressor, condenser, evaporator, etc.) and the heating/humidification system (heating rod, humidification tube, etc.) to precisely control the temperature and humidity of the air in the closed test chamber. The control system monitors the environment in the box in real time through the Sensor (such as the Pt100 temperature sensor) according to the preset program, and adjusts the output of the actuators such as refrigeration, heating, humidification, etc., so as to simulate the required high temperature, low temperature, constant heat and humidity or alternating heat and humidity test environment.

Steps
1. Preparation: Put the tested sample into the test chamber to ensure that the sample placement does not affect the air circulation in the box.
2. Settings: Through the touch screen controller, edit or select the required temperature and humidity test program, and set parameters such as target temperature, humidity, time, and cycle times.
3. Start: After confirming that the parameters are correct, start the test program and the device will run automatically.
4. Monitoring: During the test process, the temperature and humidity setting value (SV), the actual value (PV) and the program execution Linear dispersion can be observed in real time through the screen.
5. End: After the program is completed, the device stops or enters the standby state according to the setting, and the sample is taken out for subsequent evaluation.
Notice
* The equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated, non-direct sunlight, away from heat sources and flammable and explosive materials.
Do not open and close the box door frequently when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the temperature and humidity stability and test results.
* When placing the sample, its total volume should not exceed one-third of the Interior volume to ensure uniform air circulation.
The equipment has functions such as over-temperature protection. If an alarm or failure occurs, please check according to the screen prompt information. Non-professionals should not disassemble and repair without authorization.
Regularly check the refrigerant, Filter and other components to ensure that the equipment is in good working condition.
* Humidification water It is recommended to use purified water or distillation water to prevent scale from affecting the humidification system.
After the low temperature or high humidity test, if you need to open the box door, please take care to prevent the condensation or cold air from causing discomfort to the human body.
