Overview
JIANGKAI NBC-HW-150 (-60 ℃) Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a test equipment used to simulate high temperature, low temperature and constant or alternating heat and humidity environment. The equipment has an Interior volume of 150L, a Temperature range of -60 ℃ to 150 ℃, and a humidity control range of 20% RH to 98% RH. It mainly conducts environmental adaptability tests on parts and materials of electronic, electrical, household appliances, automobiles and other products, and inspects their performance indicators.

Principle
The equipment uses the refrigeration system (including Compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, etc.) and heating and humidification systems to precisely create the required temperature and humidity environment in a closed test chamber. The control system collects the temperature and humidity data in the box through the PT100 temperature sensor, performs PID calculation through the Korean TEMI880 controller, and outputs control signals to adjust the working status of the refrigeration, heating, humidification and other executive components, so as to achieve accurate and stable control of temperature and humidity, and can perform constant or alternating tests according to preset programs.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the main switch of the device.
2. On the Korean TEMI880 touchscreen controller, use the conversation interface to edit or select the required test program, and set parameters such as target temperature, humidity, and time.
3. Put the sample to be tested into the test chamber and close the box door.
4. Start the program on the controller, the device starts to run, and the screen can display the set value and the actual value in real time. Linear dispersion.
5. During the test, the running status, program duration, remaining time, and alarm information can be monitored through the screen.
6. After the test is completed, the equipment is stopped or standby according to the program, and the sample is taken out.
7. If a follow-up test is required, the above steps of the new procedural repeability can be edited or invoked.
Notice
* The equipment should be installed on a well-ventilated, non-direct sunlight, and flat ground away from heat sources.
* Do not use this equipment in flammable, explosive or corrosive gas environments.
When placing the sample, ensure that the air circulation in the box is not affected, and the load should not exceed the specified capacity.
When the equipment is running, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting the stability of temperature and humidity and the lifespan of the equipment.
Regularly check the refrigerant, Filter and other components to ensure the normal operation of the system.
* When a fault alarm occurs, please check the screen prompt information first, and follow the operation manual to troubleshoot. Do not force it to run.
Before performing maintenance, be sure to cut off the total power supply of the equipment.
* Humidification water It is recommended to use purified water or distillation water to prevent scale from affecting the humidifier.
