Overview
JIANGKAI NBC-HW-225 (-60 ℃) Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a test equipment used to simulate high and low temperature and constant, alternating heat and humidity environment. The equipment has an Interior volume of 225 liters, a temperature control range of -60 ℃ to 150 ℃, and a humidity control range of 20% RH to 98% RH. It mainly conducts environmental adaptability tests on parts and materials of electronic, electrical, household appliances, automobiles and other products.
Features
1. Adopt fully dense Compressor imported from France and environmentally friendly refrigerant R404A, with fin condenser and evaporator, to form an efficient and stable refrigeration system.
2. Equipped with the original 7-inch Chinese LCD touch screen controller (TEMI880) imported from Korea, it supports simultaneous program control of temperature and humidity, Linear dispersion display and fault alarm display.
3. The controller has high accuracy, temperature +/- 0.1 ℃, humidity +/- 1% RH, with 6 sets of PID control parameter setting and automatic calculation function.
4. Large program capacity, up to 100 sets of programs, a total of 5000 segments (SEGMENTS), each segment can be set up to 530 hours and 59 minutes.
5. With power-off program memory and automatic connection execution functions after power-up, as well as practical functions such as program editing and screen locking.
6. The inner box is made of stainless steel plate (SUS #304), the insulation layer is rigid polyurethane foam and Glass cotton, and the box door is equipped with three-layer vacuum observation window.
Principle
The equipment works together with the refrigeration system (Compressor, condenser, evaporator, etc.) and the heating system (heating rod) to achieve precise control of the temperature in the box. The humidity control is regulated by the cooperation of the water vapor generated by the humidification pipe and the dehumidification system (the refrigeration system participates). The control system receives signals from the temperature sensor (Pt100) and the humidity sensor, and outputs control instructions to the refrigeration, heating, humidification and other execution components through PID calculation, so as to stabilize the temperature and humidity in the box at the set value to simulate the required test environment.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the main switch of the device.
2. On the TEMI880 touch screen controller, use the conversation interface to set the required temperature and humidity program (including parameters such as temperature, humidity, and time).
3. After confirming that the program settings are correct, start the test program.
4. Linear dispersion and execution status of actual temperature and humidity (PV) and set value (SV) are monitored in real time through the screen.
5. After the test is completed, the device stops running according to the program or stops manually.
6. Remove the test sample and power off the device.
Notice
• The equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated place without direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
• Do not open and close the box door frequently when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the stability of temperature and humidity and the life of the equipment.
• When placing the sample, ensure that the air circulation in the box is smooth, and do not block the trend and return trend.
• When the equipment fails, the screen will display an alarm message, please follow the prompts to check or contact a professional.
• Regularly check and clean the condenser heat sink to ensure the heat dissipation effect.
• After low temperature or humidity cabinet test, the box may be condensed, pay attention to anti-skid and water vapor when opening the door.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or adjust the refrigeration system piping and electrical components.
