Overview
JIANGKAI NBC-HW-800 (-60 ℃) Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a test equipment used to simulate high and low temperature and constant, alternating heat and humidity environment. The equipment has an Interior volume of 800L, a Temperature range of -60 ℃ to 150 ℃, and a humidity control range of 20% RH to 98% RH. It is mainly used for environmental adaptability testing of parts and materials of electronic, electrical, household appliances, automobiles and other products.
Features
1. Adopt fully dense Compressor imported from France, environmentally friendly refrigerant R404A, equipped with fin condenser and evaporator, capacity control refrigeration system.
2. The control system adopts the original 7-inch Chinese LCD touch screen (TEMI880) imported from Korea, which supports simultaneous program control of temperature and humidity, Linear dispersion display and fault alarm display.
3. Large program capacity, supports up to 100 sets of programs, with a total of 5000 segments (SEGMENTS), with power-off memory and automatic connection execution function after power-back.
4. The inner box is made of stainless steel plate (SUS #304), the insulation layer is rigid polyurethane foam and Glass cotton, and the box door is equipped with three-layer vacuum observation window.
5. Key electrical accessories are made of international brands, such as Danish Danfoss expansion valves, Japanese Saginomiya solenoid valves, and American ALCO oil separators.
Principle
The equipment works together through the refrigeration system (Compressor, condenser, evaporator, etc.) and the heating and humidification system (heating rod, humidification tube, etc.) to precisely control the temperature and humidity of the air in the closed test chamber. The control system monitors the environment in the box in real time through the Sensor (such as the Pt100 temperature sensor) according to the set program, and adjusts the output of the actuators such as refrigeration, heating, humidification, etc. to achieve and maintain the required high temperature, low temperature, constant heat and humidity or alternating heat and humidity test conditions.

Steps
1. Set the required temperature and humidity program, time, and number of cycles through the touch screen.
2. Put the sample to be tested into the test chamber and close the box door.
3. Start the program, the device starts to run, and the temperature and humidity Linear dispersion and program execution status can be monitored in real time through the screen.
4. After the test is completed, the equipment stops running according to the program and the sample is taken out.
5. If you need a continuous or sexual repeability test, you can use the program's editing and sexual repeability execution functions.
Notice
Before running the equipment, ensure that the power supply and grounding are normal.
* Do not frequently open and close the box door when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the test accuracy and equipment life.
When placing the sample, do not block the air duct in the box to ensure smooth air circulation.
The device has functions such as over-temperature protection. Please check and troubleshoot according to the screen prompts when alarming.
