Overview
JIANGKAI NBC-HW-1000 (-60 ℃) Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a test equipment used to simulate high temperature, low temperature and constant, alternating heat and humidity environment. The equipment has an Interior volume of 1000L, a Temperature range of -60~ 150 ℃, and a humidity control range of 20~ 98% RH. It is mainly used for environmental adaptability testing of parts and materials of electronic, electrical, household appliances, automobiles and other products.
Features
1. Adopt fully dense Compressor imported from France, environmentally friendly refrigerant R404A, equipped with fin condenser and evaporator to realize multi-stage automatic load capacity adjustment.
2. Equipped with original Korean imported TEMI880 full Chinese LCD 7-inch touch screen controller, high accuracy (temperature +/- 0.1 ℃, humidity +/- 1% RH), support temperature and humidity simultaneous program control and Linear dispersion display.
3. The program capacity is large, and a maximum of 100 sets of programs can be set, with a total of 5,000 program segments. It has the function of power-off memory and automatic connection execution after power-back.
4. The inner box is made of stainless steel plate (SUS #304), the insulation layer is rigid polyurethane foam and Glass cotton, and the box door is equipped with three-layer vacuum observation window.

Principle
The equipment creates a set temperature and humidity environment in a closed test chamber through a refrigeration system (Compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, etc.) and a heating and humidification system (heating rod, humidification tube). The control system (TEMI880 controller) precisely adjusts the working state of the refrigeration, heating, humidification, dehumidification and other actuators according to the preset program, and unifies the temperature and humidity in the box through a circulating fan, so as to realize a constant or alternating temperature and humidity environmental test for the tested sample.

Steps
1. Put the tested sample into the test chamber to ensure that the air circulation is not affected.
2. Set the required temperature and humidity test program, time, and number of cycles through the touch screen controller.
3. Start the equipment, the system will run automatically, and perform operations such as cooling, humidification and dehumidification according to the set program.
4. During the test, the set value, actual value, program Linear dispersion and remaining time can be observed in real time through the screen.
5. After the test, the equipment can be stopped or standby according to the setting, and the sample can be taken out for testing.
Notice
* The equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated place without direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
* Do not use this equipment in flammable, explosive or corrosive environments.
* When placing the sample, ensure that the airflow in the box is smooth, and do not block the trend and return trend.
