Overview
JIANGKAI NBC-LL-500KG Universal Testing Machine is a device for material mechanical performance testing. This machine can test rubber, plastic, leather, metal, nylon thread, fabric, paper and aviation, Encasement, construction, petrochemical, electrical, vehicle and other materials tensile, compression, shear, adhesion, disbonding, tearing and other tests.

Principle
The Universal Testing Machine uses a motor to drive a precision ball screw, which drives the fixture to apply tensile and compression forces to the sample. The microcomputer controller sets and controls the displacement rate, and collects force and displacement data in real time. When the sample breaks or reaches the set conditions, the equipment automatically stops, and the test results are displayed or printed through the touch screen.

Steps
1. Connect the 220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Select the appropriate fixture according to the test material and install the sample.
3. Set test parameters (e.g. force units, displacement rates, etc.) on the microcomputer touchscreen controller.
4. Start the test and the device will run automatically.
5. After the sample breaks, the equipment automatically stops to view and print the test data.
6. After the test is completed, turn off the power.

• Please ensure that the power supply is 220V 50HZ.
• When installing the sample, ensure that the fixture is firm to prevent slippage.
Please confirm that the parameters are set correctly before testing.
• Do not touch moving parts during the operation of the equipment.
• Maintain equipment regularly to ensure accuracy.
