JIANGKAI NBC-LL-200KG Universal Testing Machine is a equipment for mechanical performance testing of materials. It is suitable for the tensile strength, Peel Strength, deformation rate, breaking force, disbonding force, opening force and other performance tests of Plastic film, composite film, Adhesive, adhesive tape, medical patch, protective film, release paper, rubber, artificial leather, paper fiber and other products.

Principle
The Universal Testing Machine is powered by a speed-regulated motor, which drives the fixture to apply forces such as stretching, compression, bending or shearing to the specimen. The built-in High Accuracy Sensor detects and feeds back changes in force values in real time, and the system controls the test speed and stop conditions (such as upper and lower limit safety settings or specimen breakpoint sensing) according to preset programs. Finally, the mechanical properties of the specimen are measured and calculated.

When operating, please pay attention to the safety protection settings of the equipment, such as travel upper and lower limits and maximum force protection, to prevent overrun.
* Select the appropriate fixture according to the test requirements (such as pulling, pressing, folding, shearing and disbonding fixtures).
* Dimensions (400 * 400 * 1300mm) and weight (about 40kg) to ensure smooth placement.
The test space is 120mm, and the effective stroke is 600mm (excluding the fixture). Please pay attention to the matching of the sample size during the test.
