Overview
PINGXUAN PXWSN-265c Sports Viscosity Measurement Device meets the requirements of SY/T 5651 standard, which is suitable for measuring the kinematic viscosity of Newton liquid petroleum products at constant temperature according to GB/T 265 standard. The instrument adopts Benchtop integrated machine design, which is easy to use.

Principle
The instrument makes the liquid in the bathtub thermostatic through a High Accuracy temperature control system, the sample flows by gravity in capillary tubing, and the kinematic viscosity value is calculated by measuring the time it takes to flow through a fixed volume.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on the workbench and adjust the four bottom corner screws to make the upper cover level.
2. Install the Power Cord, Sensor and thermometer.
3. Add water to the bathtub to about 5cm away from the upper end (100 ° C temperature control point can add glycerin).
4. Turn on the power and press the "Enter" button to enter the welcome interface.
5. On the parameter setting interface, use the value increase or decrease key to adjust the required value.
6. Enter the water bath heating prompt interface and wait. After the temperature reaches the requirements, it will automatically transfer to the next interface.
7. Enter the capillary tubing placement prompt waiting interface, indicating that the water bath is thermostatic.
8. Enter the standing waiting interface and record the standing time.
Notice
• The bath liquid in the bathtub should not have impurities and floating objects, so as not to block the test hole.
• Before use, reliable grounding is required.
• The interval between starting and using the instrument again is more than 15 minutes, and it takes 45 minutes to turn it on in a cold bath before it can be used.
• When using a full immersion thermometer to correct the temperature, the effective scale of the thermometer must not expose the liquid level of the thermostatic bath.
• The instrument is not allowed to be stored or used in a humid, corrosive gas environment.
• When capillary tubing, pay attention to the height of the upper mouth to avoid water ingress of the testtube.
