Overview
PINGXUAN PXSYD-265D kinematic viscosity meter is a High Accuracy Sports Viscosity Measurement Device, which is manufactured to meet the requirements of the People's Republic of China industry standard SY/T5651 "Technical Conditions for Petroleum Product Kinematic Viscosity Tester". This instrument is suitable for measuring the kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products (Newtonian liquids) under a constant temperature condition in accordance with the national standard GB/T265 "Petroleum Product Kinematic Viscosity Determination Method and Dynamic Viscosity Calculation Method".
Features
1. Adopt a total of five temperature control forms of 20, 40, 50 and 80, and the temperature control accuracy reaches +/- 0.01 ℃.

Principle
The instrument uses the High Accuracy Temperature Control system to heat and precisely maintain the thermostatic bath in the Tank at the set temperature (e.g. 20, 40, 50, 80 ° C). The built-in electric stirringdevice ensures that the temperature in the tub is highly uniform. During the test, the Viscometer containing the petroleum product to be tested is placed in the thermostatic bath. After the temperature is equilibrated, the measurement time required for the liquid to flow through the Viscometer's specified scale under the action of gravity is calculated to calculate the kinematic viscosity of the sample.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the required test temperature.
2. Wait for the thermostatic bath to reach the set temperature and stabilize.
3. Install clean, drying Viscometers (a set of 4:0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5) in the Tank opening.
4. Inject the petroleum product sample to be tested into the Viscometer.
5. Immerse the Viscometer containing the sample in a thermostatic bath to ensure that the test site is fully submerged.
6. After the sample temperature and bath temperature reach equilibrate, the flow time measurement is carried out.
7. Record the data and calculate the kinematic viscosity according to standard methods.
Notice
• The instrument should be placed on a stable, well-ventilated workbench.
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V +/- 10% 50Hz before use.
• Working environment relative humidity should be ≤ 85%, environment Operating temperature should be -10 ℃~ + 35 ℃ range.
• Prevent bubbles when injecting samples and ensure Viscometer is clean and drying.
• Please pay attention to high temperature parts during operation to avoid burns.
• The maximum power consumption of the instrument is not more than 1800W, please pay attention to power safety.
• Regularly check whether the stirringdevice is running normally to ensure Temperature uniformity.
