The PINGXUAN BD-0510 verification Thermostatic bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -5.00 ° C to 100.00 ° C, Temperature Fluctuation up to +/- 0.01 ° C, and Tank Volume of 10 Liters. The device is made of all stainless steel shell and tank body, with High Accuracy Temperature Control and Excellent Temperature Field Uniformity.

Principle
The equipment automatically controls the temperature in the Tank through a precision temperature controller based on the PID regulation law. Combined with the efficient fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system, fast and accurate temperature setting and stability are achieved.
Applications
Verification, calibrating, laboratory thermostatic testing
Steps
1. Place the equipment in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
2. Connect the power supply to ensure good grounding.
3. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank.
4. Turn on the power switch and set the required target temperature through the control panel.
5. Start operation, and the equipment will automatically heat up or cool to the set temperature and maintain stability.
6. Immerse the sample/Sensor to be verified or tested in the thermostatic area of the Tank.
7. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.

• Before use, check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements and ensure reliable grounding.
• Select the appropriate heat transfer medium according to the Temperature range and ensure that the liquid level is within the safe range.
• Do not touch the inside of the Tank or the mobile device while the device is running.
• Regularly clean the surface and Tank of the equipment to prevent dust and impurities from affecting the performance.
• If not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and drain the medium in the tank.
