The temperature-controlled battery short-circuit testing machine (model: ASR-9010) is a professional equipment designed to integrate the requirements of various battery short-circuit testing standards. It adopts PLC automatic control to simulate the external short circuit of the battery, and can record the change of battery voltage, current and surface temperature. The equipment uses industrial-grade DC electromagnetic contactor, all-copper terminal and internal copper plate to conduct current to ensure that the internal resistance of the circuit is less than 5mΩ, and can withstand short-circuit current with a peak value of 1000A, which effectively improves the heat dissipation effect and safety, and ensures the accuracy of the test data.

The testing machine automatically performs the short-circuit test through the PLC control system. The battery that is fully charged and reaches the specified environment temperature (such as 55 ° C +/- 5 ° C) is connected to its positive and negative extremes with wires, so that the entire external circuit resistance is controlled at 80 +/- 20mΩ. The DC electromagnetic contactor inside the device is sucked in to form a short-circuit circuit, simulating the external short-circuit state of the battery. At the same time, the device continuously monitors and records the change of the voltage, current and surface temperature of the battery, and automatically terminates the test when a preset stop condition is reached (such as short-circuit time or battery temperature).

When the equipment is running, do not open the box door or touch high-temperature parts to prevent burns or accidents.
