Overview
The AISRY ASR-9016 battery needle extrusion tester is a safety performance testing device used to simulate the battery under extreme physical damage such as external conductor piercing or extrusion. It is mainly used for needle piercing testing of various types of batteries to simulate the scene of internal structure damage caused by battery piercing during household waste disposal.
Features
1. Adopt hydraulic cylinder drive (extrusion) and control (acupuncture), with a wide range of force values.
2. High force measurement accuracy, extrusion test accuracy of 0.1N, acupuncture test accuracy of +/- 1%.
3. The unit of force value can be converted between kg, N, and lb, and is visually displayed through the PLC touch screen.
4. The box body adopts inner box stainless steel and outer box Cold rolled steel plate spray treatment, the structure is sturdy and durable.
5. The rear side of the box is designed with a trend discharge and pressure relief device, and is equipped with lighting, which is safe and easy to observe.
6. The acupuncture steel needle adopts a high temperature resistant tungsten needle of φ 5mm~ φ 8mm, and the length can be customized.
7. Acupuncture speed (10~ 80mm/s) and acupuncture force value (1~ 200Kg) can be specified according to requirements.
Principle
The test was carried out at an environment temperature of 20 ℃ +/- 5 ℃. The battery was placed flat and clamped on the fixture, and a non-corrosive rust steel needle with a diameter of < 2~ < 8 mm was used to pierce the center of the largest surface of the battery at a speed of 10mm/s~ 40mm/s, simulating the situation of the battery being pierced by an external conductor.

Steps
1. Confirm that the Power supply voltage of the whole machine meets the requirements (220V).
2. Open the safety box door and place the battery horizontally in the center position between the two battery clamps.
3. Turn on the power supply (the fan in the safety box starts), press the clear button to clear, and then press the "peak" button. At this time, the "PEAK" indicator light is on.
4. Place the specimen on the test bench and clamp the battery with a clamp.
5. Set the acupuncture time, and after about 3 seconds, the cylinder moves down to automatically perform the acupuncture test.
6. After reaching the preset time, the cylinder automatically picks up and the steel needle returns; wait for about 3 seconds, the fixture automatically releases, and the battery can be removed to complete a test.
Notice
* Test specimen should be non-deformed specimen or shell Encasement intact specimen, so as not to affect the test conclusion.
Operators need to go through pre-job training, and please follow the test steps strictly during operation.
Do not open the box door during testing to avoid accidents.
Remove the tested sample 5 minutes after the test is completed to avoid accidents.
The magnetic switch functions to adjust the working stroke.
Keep the testing machine clean.
Do not disassemble and install electrical appliances with electricity, otherwise the electronic components will be easily damaged.
The testing machine housing should be reliably grounded.
Avoid intermittent operation during testing, otherwise it will affect the service life of the equipment. Try to operate it in place at one time to reduce the number of jiggles.
Before starting the machine, it should be lubricated according to the specified lubrication parts and lubrication methods.
It should be disassembled and assembled by professionals who understand the structure of the testing machine.
All valves on the testing machine should not be opened to prevent dust from entering the interior and affecting the sensitive performance of the measurement mechanism.
* When the testing machine is out of use for a long time, anti-rust oil should be applied to the working surface and stored in a drying place.
All parts of the equipment should be wiped clean frequently, and more attention should be paid to wiping during the rainy season. When not in use, cover it with a dust cover to prevent dust intrusion.
