Overview
AISRY ASR-9015 battery explosion-proof box is a personal safety protection equipment for battery safety performance testing. During overcharge, overdischarge, charge and discharge tests, the battery can be placed in the explosion-proof box and an external charge and discharge tester can be connected to provide effective protection for operators and test instruments.
Features
1. Adopt double-decked box structure, the outer box is 3MM thick A3 steel plate and treated with paint, and the inner box is made of SUS #201 stainless steel, which is sturdy and durable.
2. Each floor of the test box provides an internal space of 500 * 500 * 500mm (length * width * height).
3. Equipped with lighting system and exhaust system, it is convenient to observe and maintain the environment in the box.
4. Designed to provide personal and instrumental safety during testing.
Principle
The battery explosion-proof box, through its sturdy metal box structure, limits the potential risks of explosion and fire to the inside of the box when the battery is overcharged or overdischarged and other tests that may cause danger. At the same time, the exhaust system helps to expel possible harmful gases, and the lighting system is convenient for observing the test status, thus achieving physical isolation and protection for operators and external instruments.

Steps
1. Confirm that the Power supply voltage of the whole machine meets the requirements (AC220V).
2. Open the explosion-proof box door and place the tested battery sample in the explosion-proof box.
3. Turn on the power switch, and turn on the lighting system and exhaust system if necessary.
4. After the test is completed, turn off the lighting system, exhaust system, and power supply in turn.
Notice
• operating environment requirements: room temperature should be within the range of 10 ℃ -40 ℃, environment humidity should be within 30% -80%.
• Operating power requirements: The power supply of the machine is 220V.
• Installation requirements: The machine needs to be installed and positioned on a horizontal platform with sufficient strength.
• Maintenance requirements: Apply cotton cloth wiping equipment before and after each test to keep it clean; regularly open the lower cover to check whether the relative moving parts are operating normally, and perform proper maintenance.
