Overview
AISRY ASR-9017 battery combustion tester is mainly used for battery flame resistance test to test the safety performance reliability and flame resistance performance of batteries when encountering open flames.
Features
1. Equipped with standard metal mesh covers and screens, meeting test requirements.
2. Using Bunsen burner combustion, the flame application time can be accurately set.
3. Equipped with automatic ignition and test process automatic control functions.
4. The test cover is designed in an octagon shape to provide a stable testing space.
Principle
Place the specimen (battery) on a standard metal mesh screen fixed 38.1mm above the combustion device. Ignite the combustion device and observe and time the battery combustion until it explodes or burns out.
Applications
Battery safety performance testing
Standards
UL1642、SJ/T11170
Steps
1. Power supply voltage is 220V, turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch, fan start.
2. Check whether the instrument is powered on.
3. Place the test sample on the test stand, ensuring that it is directly above the Bunsen burner.
4. Close the door of the testing machine, set the test time, and press the "Start" button to start the automatic ignition test.
5. After the set time is up, the test will automatically stop, and after waiting for 5-10 minutes, use anti-scalding gloves to take out the sample.
6. The remote control test operation method is the same as above.
Notice
• Test specimens should be non-deformed or with intact enclosure.
• The test chamber door must be closed before the test to prevent safety accidents.
• Each sample battery can only be tested once, and a different sample is required for each test.
The machine needs to be placed on a level and sturdy platform.
• The laboratory needs to be well ventilated for exhaust gas.
• operating environment requirements room temperature 10 ℃ -40 ℃, environment humidity 30% -80%.
