Overview
This machine is AISRY brand ASR-9013 battery needle test machine, which is suitable for all kinds of battery needle test, simulating the situation that the battery is pierced by sharp conductors during processing and destroys its internal structure.

Principle
The test was carried out at an environment temperature of 20 ℃ +/- 5 ℃. The battery was placed flat and clamped on the fixture, and a non-corrosive rust steel needle of the specified diameter was used to pierce the center of the largest surface of the battery at a set speed (10mm/s~ 40mm/s) to simulate the process of the battery being pierced by a sharp object.

Steps
1. Ensure that the test environment temperature is 20 ℃ +/- 5 ℃.
2. Lay the battery to be tested flat and firmly clamp it on the machine fixture.
3. According to the test requirements, select and install a steel needle with a suitable diameter (φ 2~ φ 8mm).
4. Set the piercing speed of the steel needle (10~ 40mm/s).
5. Start the device so that the steel needle pierces the center of the largest surface of the battery at a set speed.
6. Observe and record the test results.

• The power supply of this machine is AC380V 50HZ, please make sure the power supply matches.
Equipment weight of about 90KG, handling and placement should pay attention to safety.
• Please select the appropriate needle diameter and piercing speed according to the test criteria.
• Make sure the battery is firmly clamped during operation to prevent accidental movement.
The test should be carried out within the specified ambient temperature range.
