The device works based on the principle of infrared thermal imagery. Its core component is an uncooled infrared detector, which can receive infrared radiation in the 7.5-14μm band emitted by the surface of the target object and convert it into electrical signals. After processing, these signals generate a thermal image (pseudo-color image) representing the temperature distribution on the screen. At the same time, the built-in visible light camera collects visible light images. Through the algorithm, the thermal imagery can be fused with the visible light map at the pixel level or displayed in picture, so as to realize the precise correspondence between the temperature information and the visual form, so as to intuitively locate the abnormal heating point and carry out temperature measurement.
