Principle
The device achieves uniform Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. Using the wire rod Spreader method, combined with the vacuum adsorption to fix the substrate, the automatic feeding system drives the reciprocating linear motion through the air source pressure, adjusts the air pressure and the discharge port speed to control the amount of material, and ensures the coating conformity.

Steps
1. Install and fix the substrate to the Spreader
2. Install wire rods and adjust vacuum adsorption as needed
3. Connect the air source and power supply (air source pressure 0.6Mpa, voltage 220V, 50Hz)
4. Spreader speed (5~ 180mm/s) and traverse speed (2~ 150mm/s)
5. Adjust the air pressure and discharge port speed to control the discharge volume
6. Start the Device for Auto Spreader
7. Clean and maintain equipment after completion
Notice
• Ensure that the substrate is flat and fixed before Spreader to avoid uneven Film thickness affecting the effect
• The air source pressure shall not exceed 0.6Mpa, and the maximum pressure of the feeding drum shall be 8Mpa.
• Regularly check the Vacuumpump and charging system to ensure normal operation
• When using optional accessories such as leakage tanks and substrate fixtures, install them correctly
• Customized functions such as automatic inking system need to be operated according to the instructions
• Dimensions of the equipment are the reference value, and the actual customization shall prevail
