Overview
The programmable humidity chamber AP-HX-100D is an environmental test equipment produced by APKJ, which mainly provides complex high and low temperature alternating test environments and conditions for electronic parts, industrial materials, finished product research and development, production, inspection and other links. The equipment adopts a 7-inch large touch AP-900 intelligent programmable temperature and humidity controller, supports 120 programs, each group of 100 segments, and has USB data export and RS232 communication functions.

Principle
The equipment works together through the control panel, switchboard, thermal insulation compartment, blower, heater, humidifier, freezer and other components. The multi-wing blower is used for strong air circulation to avoid dead ends and make the indoor temperature and humidity evenly distributed. The refrigeration system adopts the original imported Compressor, which realizes temperature control through expansion valve and capillary tubing throttling, and cooperates with finned tube heat exchanger.

Steps
1. Configure the corresponding capacity air or power switch to provide AC220V power supply
2. Ensure that the installation site is free from strong vibration and strong electromagnetic fields
3. Connect the controller to the computer for programming

6. Export test data via USB
