Overview

Programmable humidity chamber (model: AP-HX-150F) mainly provides complex high and low temperature alternating test environment and test conditions for the testing of electronic parts, industrial materials, finished product research and development, production, and inspection. The equipment is mainly composed of control panel, switchboard, thermal insulation compartment, blower, heater, humidifier, and freezer. It adopts 7-inch super touch AP-900 intelligent programmable temperature and humidity controller, with powerful program editing and data management functions.

1. Adopt a 7-inch large touch AP-900 intelligent programmable temperature and humidity controller, support 120 sets of programs, each set of 100 segments, and can set cycles, connections and final actions. 2. The controller supports USB connection U disk to record and export data in real time, and comes standard with RS232 communication interface (optional RS485). 3. It can be connected to the computer through the LAN interface to realize functions such as remote programming, data collection, and remote switch. 4. Adopt a multi-wing blower with strong air circulation to ensure uniform indoor temperature and humidity distribution and avoid dead ends. 5. Equipped with complete safety protection devices, it automatically displays the fault status and provides troubleshooting methods when abnormal. 6. Using imported high-efficiency Compressors (France Taikang or Japan Hitachi) and high-quality core components (such as American Henry Oil, Denmark Danfoss Filter, etc.) to ensure stable and reliable performance. 7. The box door is sealed with double heat insulation to effectively isolate temperature leakage; the window is equipped with an electric heater to prevent condensation.

Principle

The equipment works together through the refrigeration system (using primary compression or binary cascade refrigeration), heating system and air circulation system to create and maintain the set temperature and humidity environment. The controller precisely adjusts the operation of the Compressor, heater, humidifier and damper according to the preset program, and uses the multi-wing blower to force the air circulation of the studio to ensure uniform and stable temperature and humidity. Sensor collects data in real time and feeds it back to the controller to realize closed-loop control.

Steps

1. Ensure that the equipment is installed in a site that meets the requirements (no strong vibration, strong electromagnetic field, flammable and explosive corrosive substances, flat ground ventilated), and connected to an independent power supply (AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz). 2. Turn on the main power switch and start the controller. 3. Edit or call the test program on the controller touch screen to set temperature and humidity parameters, number of segments, number of cycles, etc. 4. Place the sample on the movable grid rack in the box and close the box door to ensure airtightness. 5. Start the test program, the equipment starts running, and the test process and data can be monitored remotely through the controller or computer. 6. After the test is completed, the device executes the final action (such as standby, return to the initial state, etc.) according to the preset program, and removes the sample. 7. Power off the equipment and perform necessary cleaning and maintenance.
