Overview
HBO HTS-100 intelligent electric spring testing machine is mainly suitable for testing the displacement, deformation, tensile pressure and spring coefficient of tension and compression springs, and can also conduct related tests on parts and components. This machine refers to the "JB-T7796-2005" spring testing machine standard and material test method. It can conduct tests and provide data according to national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards. It is a professional testing equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, scientific research institutes, Universities & colleges, Quality control units and other departments.

Principle
The testing machine uses a stepper motor loading method to measure the force and displacement changes generated by the spring when it is compressed or stretched at a set speed (0-500mm/min can be set) through the High Accuracy Sensor. The system collects and processes data in real time according to the set test mode (such as the fixed height force measurement value, etc.), calculates the stiffness of the spring and other parameters, and displays, stores or prints the results through the Touchscreen.

Steps
1. Connect the AC 220V 50HZ power supply and turn it on.
2. Set the test mode on the 7-inch Touchscreen (four modes are optional).
3. Set the force value unit (six optional) and the displacement unit (three optional).
4. Customize test points (up to 10 groups) and qualification intervals as needed.
Test speed (0-500mm/min).
6. Install the spring or component to be tested.
7. Start the test, the equipment automatically runs and displays the force value, displacement, stiffness and other data in real time. Linear dispersion.
8. After the test is completed, the data is automatically saved and the results can be printed using the built-in microprinter.

Please make sure to use AC 220V 50HZ power supply.
* Equipment effective Travel ≥ 260mm, please be careful not to exceed the Travel range during testing.
The equipment has an overload protection function, but it is still necessary to take care not to exceed 100N range.
Please set the test direction (pressure/tension) and unit correctly before testing.
* The maximum number of data bars saved is 10,000, please pay attention to regular data management.
