HBO HTS-200 intelligent electric spring testing machine is a professional testing equipment, which is mainly suitable for the displacement, deformation, tensile pressure, spring coefficient test of tension and compression springs, and can also perform related tests on parts and components. This machine refers to the "JB-T7796-2005" spring testing machine standard and material test method. It can test and provide data according to national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards. It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, scientific research institutes, Universities & colleges, Quality control units and other departments.

Principle
The testing machine adopts a stepper motor loading method, and the spring or sample is loaded by precisely controlling the operation of the motor. The system drives the pressure plate or hook to move according to the set test mode (such as fixed height force measurement value, fixed deformation force measurement value, etc.), and collects force value and displacement data in real time. After the collected data is analyzed by High Accuracy Sensor and processing system, it is displayed in the form of Linear dispersion, table, etc. on the Touchscreen, and can calculate parameters such as spring stiffness, and finally realize automatic testing and evaluation of spring performance.

Steps
1. Connect the AC 220V 50HZ power supply and turn on the device.
2. On the oversized 7-inch touch LCD screen, select the test mode according to the test requirements (fixed height force measurement value, fixed deformation force measurement value, fixed force value to measure height, fixed force value to measure deformation).
3. Set test parameters, such as force value unit (N, kgf, etc.), displacement unit (mm, cm, etc.), Test speed (0-500mm/min can be set) and custom test points (up to 10 groups) and qualification interval.
4. Install the spring or sample to be tested to ensure correct installation.
5. Start the test, and the equipment will automatically run and display data such as force value, displacement, height, deformation, time, and stiffness in real time.
6. After the test is completed, the data is automatically saved, and the test report can be printed directly through the built-in micro-printer.
7. Historical test data (up to 10,000 items) can be viewed or invoked within the system.
Notice
Please ensure that the AC 220V 50HZ power supply is used and properly grounded.
* Equipment Effective Travel ≥ 260mm, please do not exceed this Travel Range during testing.
Do not test beyond the device range (200N) to avoid damaging the Sensor.
* When setting test points and qualification intervals, please set them carefully according to the actual test requirements.
During the test, please pay attention to the real-time data to ensure that the test proceeds normally.
* Regularly maintain and calibrate the equipment to ensure Test accuracy (force value accuracy ≤ +/- 0.5%, displacement accuracy ≤ +/- ( 50 + 0.15L) μm).
The equipment has an overload protection function, but it is still necessary to avoid abnormal impact or overload during operation.
