HBO HTS-2000 Intelligent Electric Spring Testing Machine is a professional testing equipment, mainly suitable for testing the displacement, deformation, tensile pressure and spring coefficient of tension and compression springs, as well as related tests on parts and components. This machine refers to the "JB-T7796-2005" spring testing machine standard and material test method, can be tested and provided data according to national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards, and is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, scientific research institutes, Universities & colleges, Quality control units and other departments.

Principle
HBO HTS-2000 Intelligent Electric Spring Testing Machine uses stepper motor loading mode, and drives the test head to move through the precision Control system to apply force or displacement to the spring or parts. During the test process, the High Accuracy Sensor collects real-time force and displacement data, which is processed and calculated by the Control system. Finally, the test results are displayed in the form of Linear dispersion, tables, etc. on the 7-inch Touchscreen, and can be used for Data storage and printing.

Steps
1. Connect the AC 220V 50HZ power supply and turn on the device.
2. Select the desired test mode on the 7-inch Touchscreen (fixed height force measurement value, fixed deformation force measurement value, fixed force value height measurement, fixed force value deformation measurement).
3. Set the force value units (N, kgf, lbf, gf, kN, tf) and displacement units (mm, cm, in) as required.
4. Test speed (0-500mm/min adjustable) and Miscellaneous related parameters.
5. You can customize up to 10 test points and set the corresponding qualification interval.
6. Install the spring or component to be tested to ensure correct alignment.
7. Start the test, and the device will automatically load and collect data.
8. During the test, the interface displays parameters such as force, displacement, and stiffness in real time.
9. After the test is completed, the data is automatically saved and the report can be printed directly through the built-in micro-printer.
Notice
Please ensure that the AC 220V 50HZ power supply is used and properly grounded.
Equipment should be placed on a stable, vibration-free surface.
Before testing, please choose the appropriate range and test mode according to the object to be tested.
When installing the specimen, ensure good alignment and avoid eccentric loading.
Do not exceed the maximum range of the equipment (2000N) and the effective travel (≥ 260mm).

The saved data can be queried through the system interface, and the system can save up to 10,000 pieces of data.
