HBO HTS-1T intelligent electric spring testing machine is a professional testing equipment, mainly suitable for the displacement, deformation, tensile pressure, spring coefficient test of tension and compression springs, and can also perform related tests on parts and components. Principle
The testing machine adopts a stepper motor loading method, and drives the test head to move through a precise Control system to apply force or displacement to the spring or sample. The system collects force and displacement data in real time, and calculates and analyzes according to the set test mode (such as fixed height force value, fixed force value to measure deformation, etc.). Finally, the test results are displayed in Linear dispersion and table form on the Touchscreen, and Data storage and printing can be carried out.

Steps
1. Connect the AC 220V 50HZ power supply and start the device.
2. Select the desired test mode (such as fixed height force measurement value, etc.) on the 7-inch Touchscreen.
3. Set the force value units (N, kgf, etc.) and displacement units (mm, cm, etc.).
4. Customize test points (up to 10 groups) and qualification intervals as needed.
5. Test speed (0-500mm/min adjustable).
6. Install the spring or specimen to be tested.
7. Start testing, and the device automatically runs and displays data in real time.
8. After the test is completed, the data is automatically saved and the results can be printed using the built-in microprinter.
Notice
Make sure to use an AC 220V 50HZ power supply and ground it properly.
• Equipment effective Travel ≥ 260mm, please do not exceed this Travel range for testing.
• Before testing, please select the appropriate range according to the sample (the range of this machine is 10KN).
• When setting test points, pay attention to the symbol display rules that distinguish stress testing from tensile testing.
The equipment has an overload protection function, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term overload use.
• Regularly calibrate the force value accuracy (≤ +/- 0.5%) and displacement accuracy of the equipment.
• The saved data can be queried through the system, and up to 10,000 pieces can be saved.
When using the Built-in Printer, make sure there is sufficient printing paper.
