Overview
The KAIRDA NDT290S + Shore hardness gauge for rolls is a Portable Hardness testing device with printing capabilities in one. It is designed for the roll industry and can measure a variety of roll materials such as cast steel rolls, forged steel rolls, cast iron rolls, etc. At the same time, it integrates the general Leeb hardness tester function to achieve multi-purpose. The device uses Linear dispersion fitting technology, allowing users to customize special material Linear dispersion, expanding the range of measurement materials.
Features
1. Using D-type High Accuracy Impact device and color screen OLED display, the information is intuitive, and the Richter value and Shaw (HS), Brinell (HB), Rockwell (HRC/HRB/HRA), Vickers (HV) and other Hardness values can be displayed simultaneously.
2. Fully sealed metal shell, durable, anti-vibration, Impact and electromagnetic interference ability.
3. Professional measurement of the Shore Hardness value of the roll, the new cast steel roll, forged steel roll, cast iron roll three materials.
4. Shaw, Richter, Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers and other 7 kinds of Hardness value measurement, automatic conversion.
5. Adjustment with boot indication software to ensure accurate data.
6. Optional 7 different Impact devices, automatic identification when changing, no need to calibrate.
7. Can set the upper and lower limits of Hardness value and exceed the limit alarm.
8. Can store 600 sets of measurement data, support full Chinese menu and backlight display.
9. Comes with its own printing function, and can be connected to microcomputer software for data transmission, storage management, statistical analysis, and report printing.
10. Large-capacity lithium battery, which can work continuously for at least 200 hours without printing, and has power-saving functions such as automatic sleep and automatic shutdown.
Principle
Based on the Richter Hardness Measurement principle, the hardness gauge calculates the Richter Hardness value by ejecting the Impact body to the surface of the measured material through the Impact device, measuring the speed of Impact and rebound. The device has built-in conversion algorithms for various Hardness standards, and adopts Linear dispersion fitting technology for special materials such as rolls, which can automatically convert the measured Richter value to a target Hardness value such as Shore (HS).
Applications
Roll industry (cast steel rolls, forged steel rolls, cast iron rolls), on-site hardness testing of large parts and non-removable parts, die cavities, heavy workpieces, Pressure Vessel and turbo-generator failure analysis, small space workpieces, bearings and other parts, metal material warehouse material distinction, large-scale multi-point rapid detection of large workpieces
Steps
1. Turn it on and select or set the material to be tested as needed.
2. Press the Impact device vertically on the surface of the workpiece to be tested.
3. Impact device release button for measurement.
4. Read the various Hardness values displayed on the screen.
5. If you need to store or print data, you can operate it through device buttons or connection software.
Notice
* During measurement, ensure that the Impact device is in vertical and close contact with the measured surface.
* The equipment is suitable for the specific materials listed in the information, and the measurement of Miscellaneous materials may affect the accuracy.
* When replacing different models of Impact devices, the equipment can be automatically identified without Manual calibration.
* Note Ambient Temperature is -10 ° C to + 55 ° C.
When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to remove the battery.
