Overview
The XINGYUN JA303M-L liquid density scale is a precision instrument specially designed for testing liquid density. It is equipped with a color plastic or cast aluminum housing and an LCD LCD display. It supports full-scale peeling. The device has a built-in accurate calculation program and can directly display the sample density. Optional accessories such as density rack, communication serial port, printer and windshield.
Features
1. Colored plastic shell or cast aluminum shell, sturdy and durable structure
2. LCD liquid crystal display, clear and intuitive
3. Full range peeling function, easy to operate
4. Overload alarm and level indicator to ensure safe use
5. Built-in accurate calculation program, directly display sample density
6. Built-in multiple density references, customizable settings
7. Optional communication serial port, printer, windshield and other accessories
8. Support for testing the density of solid, liquid, powder and Water Absorbency samples
9. Optional density rack (solid/liquid), adapt to different test needs
Principle
The liquid density scale automatically calculates and directly displays the density value by weighing the difference between the weight of the sample in air and the weight in the immersion liquid, combined with the built-in calculation program. The device utilizes High Accuracy Sensor and LCD display technology to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.
Applications
Liquid density test, Solid density test, Powder density test, Water Absorbency sample density test
Steps
1. Turn on the power and use the Power button to start the device
2. Place the sample on the pan or bracket
3. Use F, ENTER, CAL keys for function setting and calibrating
4. Read the density value of the LCD display
5. Use the peel function (if necessary) to adjust the measurement
Notice
• The operating environment temperature should be kept within the range of 5-35 ° C
• Avoid overload use to prevent alarm triggering
• Make sure the equipment is placed horizontally, refer to the level indicator
• Test weight of 200g, calibrated regularly to ensure accuracy
• When selecting a windshield, use it in an environment with unstable airflow
• Test objects are mainly liquids, but can be extended to solids, powders, etc
