XINGYUN JA203M-P Powder density scale is a precision instrument designed for testing the density of powder, solid, liquid and Water Absorbency samples. The product adopts color plastic or cast aluminum shell, equipped with LCD LCD display screen, supports full scale peeling, overload alarm and level indication functions, and can choose communication serial port, printer or windshield and other accessories.

Principle
The powder density scale directly calculates and displays the sample density value through the built-in accurate calculation program, combined with the weighing Sensor measurement of the sample mass, and the use of density accessories (such as powder density rack) to assist the test. The instrument supports a variety of density references, and users can customize the settings according to their needs to ensure test accuracy.

Steps
1. Turn on the power and use the Power button to start the instrument
2. Press CAL key to calibrate, use 200g test weight
3. Place the sample on the pan (size φ 90mm) or density rack
4. Press F or ENTER to select test mode or confirm operation
5. Read the density value displayed by the LCD to complete the test
Notice
• The operating environment temperature should be kept within the range of 5-35 ° C
• Avoid overload use, the instrument has overload alarm function
• Make sure the level indicator shows the level status before testing
• The calibrated 200g weight needs to be used to ensure accuracy
• Windshield is an optional accessory, install and use when needed
• The instrument has no battery and needs to be connected to a power supply for operation
