Overview
SGW-681 automatic video Melting point meter is a High Accuracy analytical instrument of INESA brand. It adopts Android operating system and large screen interface, combined with 720P high definition camera and photoelectric detection technology, which can intuitively observe the whole process of sample melting. The instrument supports automatic and visual Measurement mode. Temperature range covers RT + to 360 ° C. It can process four capillary tubing samples simultaneously, which meets the requirements of Pharmacopoeia and related regulations.

Principle
The instrument heats the sample through an integrated heating furnace, and uses precision platinum resistance, PID adjustment and PWM temperature control technology to implement precise temperature control. The photoelectric detection system combines 720P high definition camera to monitor the sample melting process in real time, automatically identify the initial and final melting points, and record high-resolution video and Linear dispersion.

• Power supply voltage matching 100~ 240V range before use
• The size of capillary tubing must meet the specifications of outer diameter φ 1.4mm, inner diameter φ 1.0mm and length 90mm
• Sample height should be controlled within 3mm
• Avoid continuous operation for a long time in a high temperature environment
