Principle
The equipment precisely controls the speed of the Spreader and the pressure applied to the film applicator to distribute the coating evenly. The automatic feeding system adopts the principle of outflow of air source pressure, and the feeding is carried out by reciprocating linear motion, which can adjust the amount of material. The vacuum adsorption function fixes the substrate, and the heating system provides temperature control to ensure the stability and reproducibility of the Spreader process.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Spreader table; 2. Set the speed and pressure parameters of the Spreader according to the needs; 3. Start the automatic feeding system to adjust the amount of material; 4. Turn on the vacuum adsorption to fix the substrate; 5. Start the Spreader process, and the equipment will automatically complete the film; 6. Enable the heating function as needed; 7. Remove the sample for testing after completion.

• Check whether the power supply and gas source connection are safe before operation; • Adjust the air pressure and discharge port speed gradually to avoid overheating; • Pay attention to the Temperature range when using the heating function to prevent overheating; • Maintain the Vacuumpump and feeding system regularly to ensure stable performance; • Select appropriate accessories according to the substrate Film thickness, such as silicone pads or weight; • The pressure of the feeding drum shall not exceed the maximum tolerance value of 8Mpa; • Customized functions need to confirm compatibility in advance.
