Overview
CHENCHI CNY-6A Lasting Adhesive Tester is manufactured in accordance with the provisions of the national standard GB/T4851-2014 "Tack Test Method for Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Tapes", and is suitable for the Tack test of various adhesive products, such as pressure sensitive tapes, medical patches, self-adhesive labels, protective films, etc.

Principle
The test plate affixed with the sample is hung vertically on the test frame, and the weight of the specified weight is suspended at the lower end. The displacement of the sample sticking off after a certain period of time, or the time when the sample is completely disengaged, is used to characterize the ability of the adhesive tape to resist pulling off.

Steps
1. Hang the test plate affixed with the sample vertically on the test stand.
2. The lower end of the hanging weight of the specified weight;
3. Automatic timing by microcomputer system start-up;
4. Observe and record the amount of displacement or the time for complete dissociation of the sample.
Notice
Make sure the power supply is AC220V and 50Hz before use.
• Select the weight weight and test board specifications strictly according to the standard;
• Avoid sudden power outages from external power sources to prevent data loss.
• When operating, pay attention to the smooth edge of the test plate without burrs;
• Ensure independent control of each station during multi-station testing.
