Overview
CHENCHI BCJ-01 Thin Film Anti-pendulum Impact Instrument is a professional test instrument used to determine the anti-pendulum Impact performance of Plastic film, sheet, composite film and other materials. The instrument evaluates the Impact toughness of materials through standard swing head and a certain weight swing arm Impact, and is suitable for testing of various thin film materials and metal foils.
Features
1. Impact and break through the sample with a specific impact speed using a semi-spherical punch, and measure the energy consumption of the punch to evaluate the anti-pendulum Impact energy value of the film
2. Impact energy range 3J, minimum scale 0.01J, high accuracy
3. Equipped with a variety of impact heads and grippers to adapt to different testing requirements
4. Pendulum Swing Radius 280mm, Lifting Angle 90 °, Impact Speed 2.5m/S
5. Support two sample holder diameters of φ 60mm and φ 89mm
Principle
Impact instrument through the semi-spherical punch at a certain speed and break through the sample, the measurement of the punch in the impact process of energy consumption, the use of this energy value to evaluate the anti-pendulum impact performance of thin film samples.
Applications
Plastic film, sheet, composite film, PE/PP composite film for food Encasement bag, aluminized film, aluminum-plastic composite film, nylon film, Rubber & plastics film material, metal foil, paper, Cardboard, cigarette pack aluminized paper, Tetra Pak Encasement aluminum-plastic paper composite
Standards
GB/T8809 Plastic film impact test method
Steps
Prepare specimens with a size of 100 x 100mm
2. Select the appropriate holder (φ 60mm or φ 89mm) to fix the sample
3. Select the appropriate Impact Head (φ 12.7mm or φ 25.4mm)
4. Set the swing angle of the pendulum to 90 °
5. Start the instrument for Impact testing
6. Read and record the energy consumption of the punch
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is placed horizontally before use
• Regularly check the abrasion of the pendulum and Impact head
• The specimen should be fixed in the holder flat and wrinkle-free
Operators should maintain a safe distance during testing
• When the instrument is not used for a long time, the moving parts should be treated with anti-rust treatment
