Overview
CHENCHI MLQ-02 ball impact test instrument is suitable for determining the damage of plastic sheets with film thickness less than 2mm under the impact of steel balls at a given height. Widely used in Quality inspection organizations, enterprises and Encasement manufacturers.

Principle
Cut a sample of a certain size, place the sample on the chuck, select the appropriate steel ball to install on the electromagnetic device, release the steel ball, and let the steel ball fall freely on the center of the sample. Observe the damage of the sample, and calculate the damage rate after multiple tests.

Steps
1. Cut a sample of a certain size
2. Hold the sample on the chuck
3. Select the appropriate steel ball to install on the electromagnetic device
4. Release the steel ball so that it falls freely on the center of the sample
5. Observe the damage of the sample
6. Calculate the damage rate after multiple tests

• Test height range is 300mm-600mm (optional 300mm-900mm)
• Film thickness range of 0~ 2mm
• Steel ball diameter optional 23mm, 25mm, 28.6mm (optional 38.1mm, 50.8mm)
• The sample size should be greater than 150mm × 50mm
• Use protective devices to ensure test safety
