Overview
NLY-20 is an intelligent Measurement instrument designed by CHENCHI brand for detecting various torques. It is mainly used to detect the torque of opening or tightening the bottle cap. It can also measure the torque of automobile reflectors, door and window wrenches, invisible Glasses and other products through special fixtures.
Features
1. Microcomputer control, LCD liquid crystal display
2. Continuous acquisition of test data, automatic peak maintenance
3. Dual mode design of locking force and opening force
4. Standard unit of test results, no manual conversion required
5. The number of tests can be set, data deletion, statistical function
6. Test parameter power-down memory
7. Automatic reset, intelligent fault prompt, overload protection
8. Small size, easy operation, reliable performance, fast test
9. Conversion of N.m, kg.cm, lb.in
Principle
The bottle cap torque meter realizes intelligent measurement through microcomputer control, adopts continuous data collection technology to automatically maintain the peak value, and has a dual test mode of locking force and opening force, which can accurately detect the torque value of various products.
Applications
Bottle Cap Torque Detection, Car Reflector, Door and Window Wrench, Invisible Glasses Cap
Standards
GB/T 17876、ASTM D 2063、ASTM D 3198、ASTM D 3474
Steps
1. Power on (5V rechargeable battery or AC220V 50HZ power adapter)
2. Set the number of trials
3. Install the sample to be tested (clamping range φ 25mm~ φ 170mm)
4. Select the test mode (locking force or opening force)
5. Start the test, and the instrument automatically collects data and maintains the peak value
6. View the test results displayed on the LCD screen
7. Delete data or perform statistics as required
Notice
Ensure use in a standard laboratory environment
• Power supply voltage matching to avoid overload
• Regularly check the instrument accuracy class (level 1)
• Keep the clamping range within φ 25mm~ φ 170mm
• Note that the Net weight of the instrument is about 15KG, be careful when handling
• Check whether the intelligent fault prompt function is normal before use
