Overview
CHENCHI DL-125 Cobb Sampler is a special sampling instrument for paper, Cardboard Water Absorbency and oil permeability determination of standard samples. It can quickly and accurately cut standard size samples. It is an auxiliary test instrument for industries and departments such as papermaking, Encasement and mass supervision and inspection.
Features
1. Quickly and accurately cut standard size samples
2. Suitable for paper, Cardboard Water Absorbency and Oil Permeability Determination
3. Professional auxiliary testing equipment
Principle
Drive the gear shaft of the punching device through the operation handle, so that the upper and lower knives cooperate to complete the punching and sampling of the sample.
Applications
Papermaking, Encasement, mass supervision and inspection
Standards
GB/T1540-2002、QB/T1671-1998
Steps
1. Open Encasement Box and Remove Cobb Absorbent Sampler
2. Remove the operating handle, remove the screws on the sampler gear shaft, and install the handle on the Sampler gear shaft
3. Remove anti-rust oil and dust deposits from various parts
4. Place the Sampler on a flat and stable bench
5. Slowly press the operating handle, do a hollow cutting test, and check whether the upper and lower knives are gnawing on the knife
6. Take a thin sample of Film thickness (0.15-0) mm, put it on the lower knife surface, press the handle to try cutting, and observe the incision
7. Determine the number of layers of one punching according to the film thickness of the sample. The total Film thickness of one punching sample should be in the range of 0.1mm-1.0mm
8. Place the straight sample without Cedar flat on the lower knife surface, quickly press the operating handle, and the sample is punched and cut.
9. Remove the punch sample from the lower part of the Sampler
Notice
• Remove anti-rust oil and dust deposits from various parts before operation
• Sampler should be placed on a flat and stable bench
• Do an air cutting test before use to confirm that the upper and lower knives are not stuck or gnawed
• When trying to cut, you need to observe the incision. The incision is neat and not fluffy before it can be used normally.
• The total Film thickness of a punched sample should be within the range of 0.1mm-1.0mm
• The specimen should be placed straight on the lower knife face without Crowns
