Overview
CHENCHI ZTD-10A Cardboard Stiffness meter is a special instrument used to detect the bending stiffness performance of sheet materials such as paper, Cardboard, film, mica sheet, graphite sheet and composite. The instrument adopts High Accuracy Sensor and touch screen operation interface, supports a variety of span and angle adjustments to meet the testing needs of different materials.

Principle
The instrument holds the specimen through a manual fixture, applies a bending force at a set span, adjusts the bending angle and angular velocity steplessly, and measures the stiffness performance of the material during bending. The High Accuracy Sensor collects data in real time and displays and records the results through the touch screen interface.

Steps
1. Sampler preparation 38 * 70mm standard sample
2. Manual fixture to hold the sample and set the span length
3. Set the bending angle, angular velocity, and test parameters on the touchscreen
4. Start the test, the instrument automatically completes the bending and measurement
5. Automatically reset after the test is completed, view and print the results
Notice
• The sample size must meet the 38 * 70mm standard, and the actual measurement size is 38 * 50mm
Film thickness should be within the range of 0.01~ 5.0mm
• Choose the appropriate bending time based on material resilience
• Make sure the equipment is self-calibrated before use
• Optional computer connection to achieve document editing function
