Overview
Stiffness meter (model: ZBT-10S, brand: CHENCHI) is an instrument specially used to detect the stiffness of paper cups and paper bowls. The instrument is designed according to QB/T2294, GB/T27590 and other paper cup standards and JJG157 general technical requirements. It is a special equipment required by paper cup production, scientific research and mass testing departments.

Principle
The instrument drives two measurement heads through a precision screw to make relative movements, applies pressure to the cup body at a constant speed, and detects its ability to resist deformation (i.e. stiffness) by the High Accuracy Force Sensor, and displays and outputs the data after analysis by the processing system.

Steps
1. Turn on the power of the instrument and perform initialization settings.
2. Set parameters such as test speed and probe movement distance through Touchscreen.
3. Place the paper cup to be tested at the test station to ensure that the probe is centered.
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically completes the pressurization and data collection process.
5. After the test is completed, check the screen to display the results, and the data can be output or stored through the micro-printer.
6. Optional connection to computer for Linear dispersion viewing and data further analysis.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed horizontally before use.
• Before testing, the test speed and probe distance should be set correctly according to standards or requirements.
When placing the sample, ensure that the probe meets the requirements for neutrality (≤ 0.2mm).
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure test accuracy.
• When cleaning the instrument, use a dry soft cloth to avoid liquids entering the interior.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble the instrument.
