Overview
Yunda YD-JHY interlayer bonding tester (7 inch screen) is a device for testing the interlayer bonding strength of paper or Cardboard. By applying pressure, the interlayer bonding strength of paper or Cardboard is separated, and the interlayer bonding strength of the sample is measured to measure the mass and performance of paper or Cardboard. The tester is widely used in the manufacture and mass detection of paper, Cardboard and their products, which can effectively detect strength problems and improve product mass and performance.

Principle
The combination of double-sided tape-specimen-double-sided tape forms a sandwich structure, which is pressed between a metal flat anvil and an aluminum block, and strikes the inner surface of the upper part of the aluminum block with a pendulum to flip the aluminum block and destroy the sample in the Z direction. Calculate the energy absorbed during the destruction of the sample by measuring the position of the swing, expressed in J/m2.

Steps
1. The size of the prepared sample is 25.4mm × 127mm
