Overview
YD-KZ-WL30 horizontal tensile strength tester is a new type of instrument developed by Yunda brand according to the new national standard. It adopts a unique horizontal design and is mainly used in papermaking, Plastic film, chemical fiber, aluminum foil production and other industries and Miscellaneous production and commodity inspection departments that need to measure the tensile strength of objects.
Features
1. The transmission mechanism is guided by ball screws and linear guides, resulting in smooth and accurate transmission.
2. Adopt servo stepper motor for low noise and accurate control.
3. Real-time display of tensile curves.
4. ARM processor improves the instrument Response speed to ensure real-time measurement.
5. Sudden power failure data saving function, data retention and continued testing before power failure after startup.
6. Automatic reset, data memory, overload protection and fault self-diagnosis.
7. Communicate with microcomputer software (separately purchased).
Principle
The instrument drives the ball screw and linear guide through the servo stepper motor, smoothly stretches the sample, measures the force value and deformation in real time, calculates the parameters such as tension, tensile strength and elongation, and displays the results through the ARM processor and touch screen.
Applications
Paper, Cardboard, Aluminum Foil, Aluminum Plastic Tape, Plastic film, Non-woven Fabrics and Miscellaneous Non-metallic Materials
Standards
GB/T 12914、GB/T 2792、GB/T 24218.3、GB/T 1040、TAPPI T 494
Steps
1. Turn on the power and turn it on.
2. Set test parameters such as tensile speed and specimen width.
3. Install the specimen in the fixture.
4. Start the test, the instrument automatically stretches and displays Linear dispersion in real time.
5. View and save the data after the test is completed, and optionally print out.
6. Turn off the instrument after use.
Notice
• Ensure that the working environment temperature is 10~ 35 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85%.
• Use AC (100~ 240) V power supply to avoid voltage instability.
• Regularly check transmission components such as ball screws and guides to ensure smooth operation.
• Avoid overload during testing, and the instrument has an overload protection function.
• The data is automatically saved after a sudden power failure, and the operation can continue after booting.
• If you need communication functions, you need to purchase microcomputer software separately.
• Keep the instrument clean and avoid use in humid or high temperature environments.
