Overview
Yunda YD-MCY Friction coefficient meter is a professional test Plastic film and sheet, rubber, paper, Cardboard, woven bag, fabric style, communication cable and optical cable metal composite belt, conveyor belt, wood, coating, brake pads, wipers and other materials when sliding Coefficient of Friction and dynamic Coefficient of Friction equipment. Based on the GB/T10006 manufacturing, in line with a number of standards, can provide accurate test results for professional testing at all levels of Quality control departments and production enterprises.
Features
1. Adopt stepper motor, with low noise and accurate control
2. Adopt color large-screen touch LCD display to display various data in real time
3. Simple parameter setting, convenient and reliable testing
4, directly obtain measurement results, including average value, standard deviation
5. Degree of automation: data processing and motion control, automatic reset and overload protection
6. Data communication: The instrument is equipped with a standard wan interface, which can provide data communication for the upper-level microcomputer comprehensive reporting system
Principle
The strip specimen is clamped with a sample holder, and the slider is wrapped with the sample to be tested, and then the slider is placed on the hanging hole of the Sensor. Under a certain contact pressure, the rack is driven by the motor to move the Sensor, so that the two test surfaces move relatively. The force signal measured by the Sensor is amplified by the integrator and sent to the recorder, and the dynamic Coefficient of Friction and the static Coefficient of Friction are recorded respectively.
Applications
Plastic films and sheets, Rubber, paper, Cardboard, woven bags, fabric styles, communication cables Metallic composite belts for optical cables, conveyor belts, wood, coatings, brake pads, wipers
Standards
GB/T10006、GB/T 17200、GB/T 22895、ISO 8295、ASTM D1894、TAPPI T816、GB/T 2792
Steps
