Overview
Yunda YD-TQD-A paper permeability tester (7-inch screen) uses new technology and universal test methods to test the air permeability of paper, Cardboard or Miscellaneous flake objects. The instrument is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer and realizes fully automated operation. It meets the requirements of various test methods such as Schuber, Bentson and Gurley. It is widely used in the paper, Encasement and cigarette industries.

Principle
Based on the principle of pressure difference method design, the pretreated sample is placed between the upper and lower measurement surfaces to form a constant pressure difference on both sides of the sample, and the gas flows from the high voltage side through the sample to the low pressure side under the pressure difference. Calculate the air permeability according to the area, pressure difference and flow rate of the sample flowing through.

Steps
1. Prepare pretreated specimens.
2. Place the sample between the upper and lower measurement surfaces.
3. The instrument automatically generates a constant pressure differential and tests it.
4. The results are displayed on the touch screen LCD, and the data can be recorded, processed, and printed.
Notice
• Make sure the power supply is AC 220V +/- 22V, 50Hz.
• Select the appropriate model and differential pressure setting according to the paper type.
• Avoid misoperation to ensure test accuracy.
• The instrument weight is about 30kg, and safety should be paid attention to when handling.
