Overview
Yunda YD-KYJ-Z carton compression machine is a microcomputer-controlled carton compression test equipment, suitable for medium-sized corrugated cartons and Encasement containers with Miscellaneous compressive strength less than 30KN. The machine has functions such as parameter testing, display, memory, statistics, printing and real-time display of compressive Linear dispersion. It supports data processing, automatic reset and fault diagnosis, and is easy to operate.
Features
1. Microcomputer measurement and control system with integrated parameter testing, display, memory, statistics, and printing functions.
2. Linear dispersion display in real time for data analytics and monitoring.
3. Possess data processing capabilities and can directly obtain statistical results.
4. Support automatic reset and fault diagnosis to enhance operation convenience.
5. Multifunctional test mode: stacking strength test, fixed distance and force test, compressive strength test.
6. High Accuracy measurement: Pressure Indication Error +/- 2%, Deformation measurement Precision +/- 1mm.
Principle
The paper box compression machine applies pressure to the paper box through the microcomputer control system to drive the upper pressing plate to simulate the actual stacking or compression conditions. The system monitors the pressure, deformation and other parameters in real time, and automatically records and calculates the data to evaluate the compressive strength and stacking performance of the paper box.
Applications
Food and Beverage Instant Noodles Encasement, Cosmetics Encasement, Beer Encasement, Grain and Oil Encasement
Standards
GB/T 4857.3、GB/T 4857.4、QB/T 1048、ISO 2872、ISO 2874
Steps
1. Place the carton to be tested in the test section to ensure that the upper and lower pressure plates are parallel.
2. Set the test parameters through the microcomputer system, such as the pressurization speed (range 5mm/min to 90mm/min).
3. Start the equipment, start applying pressure to the upper pressure plate, and the system automatically records data such as pressure and deformation.
4. After the test is completed, the system automatically stops and displays the statistical results.
5. You can choose to print the report or output the data through the communication interface.
Notice
• Ensure that there is no debris in the test interval to avoid affecting the Measurement accuracy.
• Regularly calibrate the equipment to ensure that the Pressure Indication Error is within +/- 2%.
• Be careful when operating to prevent hands or Miscellaneous objects from entering the pressurized area.
When the equipment is not in use, the power should be cut off and kept clean.
• Only for Encasement vessel testing with compressive strength less than 30KN.
