SGW-630 automatic image grease melting point (slip point) instrument is INESA brand High Accuracy detection instrument, using high-resolution digital camera and image processing technology implementation automatic detection. The instrument has built-in WINDOWS operating system, supports automatic and manual visual two Measurement mode, can simultaneously measure multiple capillary tubing samples.

Principle
The instrument collects the sample image through the high-resolution digital camera, and automatically detects the change process of the oil melting point through image processing analysis. The temperature control system uses the platinum resistance detection element to precisely control the heating rate and monitor the change of the sample state in real time.

• Before use, check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements of 220V +/- 22V
The sample height should be controlled within the 3mm standard range
• Choose the appropriate heating rate to ensure Measurement accuracy
• Regularly calibrate at 8 points to ensure instrument accuracy
• Note the size of capillary tubing: outer diameter φ 1.4mm, inner diameter φ 1.0mm, length 90mm
• Operators need to be certified for hierarchical password management
• Test data should be saved in a timely manner
