Principle
The testing machine adopts precision digital motor and digital speed control system as the driving device, and drives the precision screw pair to load after deceleration by the deceleration system to realize smooth transmission and High Accuracy control. Through the collection of force value data by High Accuracy Sensor, the all-digital closed-loop control system can realize the test functions of constant stress, constant strain, constant displacement, etc., and process and display the test parameters in real time.

Steps
1. Enter the sample parameters and test parameters in advance.
2. Select the test method and install the corresponding fixture.
3. Set the tensile speed and Miscellaneous test conditions.
4. Start the test and monitor the test force, peak value, speed and status in real time.
5. Automatically calculate and output the results after the test, and save the data.
6. Return to the initial test position manually or automatically.
