1. Using imported electrical components and high-speed data processing, large LCD display full Chinese operation menu, can enter the sample and test parameters in advance, automatically calculate and output the maximum force value, elongation, maximum tensile strength, save multiple sets of data.

Principle
The testing machine uses a precision digital motor and a digital speed control system as the driving device. After being decelerated by the deceleration system, the precision screw pair is driven to load, and the test functions such as constant stress, constant strain and constant displacement are realized. Sensor is a two-way force value induction of tension and compression, and collects data through a fully digital closed-loop control system to process and display test force, peak value, speed and other parameters in real time.

Steps
1. Enter the sample parameters and test parameters in advance.
2. Select the test method and set the tensile speed.
3. Start the test, and the screen displays the test force, peak value, speed, and status in real time.
4. Automatically calculate and output the maximum force value, elongation and maximum tensile strength after the test.
5. Save the test data and results, and print the statistical report.
