Overview
YD-KZ-WL1000 Horizontal Tensile Strength Instrument (7-inch screen) is a new type of instrument developed by Yunda brand according to the requirements of the new national standard, and adopts a unique horizontal design. The instrument is mainly used in papermaking, Plastic film, chemical fiber, aluminum foil production and other industries, as well as Miscellaneous production and commodity inspection departments that need to measure the Tensile Strength of objects.
Features
1. Adopt a unique horizontal design.
2. The transmission mechanism is guided by ball screws and linear guides for smooth and accurate transmission.
3. Adopt servo stepper motor for low noise and accurate control.
4. Equipped with a 7-inch color touch display, it can display tensile curves in real time.
5. The ARM processor is adopted to improve the Response speed and ensure the real-time measurement.
6. With the function of saving data of sudden power failure, the data before power failure can be retained and the test can be continued after power failure.
7. It features automatic reset, data memory, overload protection, and fault self-diagnosis.
8. Equipped with a thermal printer, it can print output.
9. Can communicate with microcomputer software (need to purchase separately).
Principle
The instrument drives the ball screw and linear guide through the servo stepper motor to stretch the sample smoothly and accurately. During the stretching process, the Sensor measures the change of force value in real time, the ARM processor processes the data quickly, and displays the tensile curve in real time on the 7-inch color Touchscreen. The instrument can automatically calculate and output related parameters such as tension resistance and elongation.
Applications
Paper, Cardboard, Aluminum Foil, Aluminum Plastic Tape, Plastic film, Miscellaneous Non-metallic materials, Non-woven fabrics
Standards
GB/T 12914、GB/T 2792、GB/T 24218.3、GB/T 1040、TAPPI T 494
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the instrument.
2. According to the sample type and standard requirements, set the test parameters (such as sample width, tensile speed, etc.) on the Touchscreen.
3. Hold the specimen correctly on the fixture.
4. Start the test, the instrument automatically stretches and displays Linear dispersion in real time.
5. After the test is completed, the instrument automatically calculates and displays the results (such as tensile resistance, Tensile Strength, elongation, etc.).
6. The test report can be printed through the thermal printer, or the data can be transferred to the computer through the communication interface (such as RS232) (with software).
Notice
• Make sure the Power frequency is in the AC (100~ 240) V range and the frequency is (50/60) Hz.
• The instrument should be used in a working environment with temperature (10~ 35) ° C and relative humidity ≤ 85%.
• Select the appropriate sample width according to the test requirements (standard configuration is 15mm, 25mm and 50mm optional).
• Please set the stretching speed correctly before testing, and the range can be adjusted arbitrarily within (1 to 500) mm/min.
• Note that the force value of the instrument ranges from 3 to 1000N to ensure that the sample to be tested is within this range.
• The instrument has an overload protection function, but it is still necessary to avoid overload use.
Please pay attention to safety when moving or cleaning the instrument, the net weight of the instrument is about 35kg.
• If you need to communicate with the computer, please confirm the communication interface type (default RS232, optional USB or WIFI).
