Overview
The Thermax Thermometric Label is a thermal-sensitive Thermometric Paper that uses transparent, heat-resistant Glass paper to seal a series of temperature grids. When the rated temperature is exceeded, the temperature grids change color significantly, providing the historical temperature of the monitored surface. The label does not delaminate when removed for reference and can be attached to inspection reports as a permanent record.
Features
1. Long-term record of reaching the highest temperature
2. Self-adhesive labels
3. Silver to Black Color Variation
4. Immediate Response
5. Resistant to oil, water and steam
6. Cheap and easy to use
7. Accuracy: Below 100 ° C is +/- 1 ° C; 100 ° C to 154 ° C is +/- 1.5 ° C; above 154 ° C is +/- 4 ° C
Principle
When the rated temperature is exceeded, the temperature grid will change color significantly, providing the historical temperature of the monitored surface. The label will not be delaminated for reference when removed, and can be attached to the inspection report as a permanent record.
Applications
Temperature monitoring, industrial inspection, quality control
Steps
1. Attach the self-adhesive label to the monitored surface
2. When the temperature exceeds the rated value, the temperature grid will significantly change color
3. Remove the label and attach it to the inspection report as a record
