Principle
The system controls the servo motor to rotate through CHENCHI controller and speed control system. After deceleration by the deceleration system, the beam is driven up or down through the precision lead screw pair to complete the tensile mechanical properties test of the sample. The process realizes the accurate measurement and analysis of the material Peel Strength.

Steps
1. Connect the 220V 50Hz power supply
2. Set test parameters through a five-inch color LCD touch screen
3. Install the specimen and adjust the beam position
4. Select the test speed range of 1~ 500mm/min
5. Start the test, and the system automatically completes the tensile test
6. Observe the test force, displacement, peak value and other data displayed on the LCD screen
7. Save the data and turn off the device after the test is completed

• Make sure the equipment is well grounded before use to prevent leakage
• Measurement range of 2000N must not be exceeded during the test
• Pay attention to the running limit of the beam to avoid overtravel
• Regularly check the abrasion of timing belt and lead screw pair
