Overview
UK Thermax Thermometric Paper (model 01ETHM0121D01PK) is a self-adhesive label that allows temperature monitoring through a series of heat-sensitive temperature grid seals in transparent heat-resistant Glass paper. When the temperature grid exceeds the rated temperature, it will change color significantly, providing an irreversible historical temperature record, the label can be removed without delamination, and it is easy to attach to the inspection report as a permanent record.
Features
1. Provide a long-term record of reaching the highest temperature
2. Self-adhesive label design
3. Silver to Black Color Variation
4. Immediate Response to Temperature Changes
5. Resistant to oil, water and steam
6. Cheap and easy to use
7. High accuracy: +/- 1 ° C below 100 ° C; +/- 1.5 ° C from 100 ° C to 154 ° C; +/- 4 ° C above 154 ° C
Principle
Thermometric Paper records temperature by using a heat-sensitive temperature grid that irreversibly changes Color when the rated temperature is exceeded. Each temperature grid is sealed in transparent heat-resistant Glass paper. When the temperature reaches or exceeds the set value, the temperature grid changes from silver to black, providing historical temperature information for the monitored surface.
Applications
Temperature monitoring, inspection records, industrial applications
Steps
1. Attach the self-adhesive label to the surface where the temperature needs to be monitored
2. Observe the temperature grid Color change, when the rated temperature is exceeded from silver to black
3. Remove the label and attach it to the inspection report as a record
Notice
- Product storage conditions: when the temperature is 120 ° F/50 ° C or below, it needs to be stored in a sealing bag in the refrigerator; when the temperature is above 120 ° F/50 ° C, store at room temperature and 50% relative humidity
- The discoloration method is irreversible, ensure correct use for accurate records
- Check label integrity before use to avoid damage affecting accuracy
