Overview
The PUSHEN ISO cup is a Benchtop viscosity cup with a bracket. Five different models are designed according to different measurement apertures: No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, No. 8 (to be customized). The measurement apertures are 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm respectively. The production design of the PUSHEN ISO cup conforms to the standard ASTM D 5125, ISO 2431, and is the required testing instrument for laboratory viscosity testing. The PUSHEN ISO cup is made of anodic oxidation aluminum with a stainless steel pore size. It is used for the measurement of viscosity of coatings, varnishes and Miscellaneous similar products.

Principle
Viscosity cups evaluate the viscosity of a given volume of liquid by measuring the time it takes for it to flow out of a standard nozzle. Kinematic viscosity values are usually expressed in seconds of flow time, and can also be converted to units of centistokes (Centistokes) by using a viscosity converter.

Steps
1. Assemble the viscosity cup and bracket.
2. Pour the liquid to be tested into the cup to the specified scale.
3. Unplug Nozzle Clogging and start timing with stopwatch.
4. Observe the liquid outflow and stop counting when the liquid flow stops for the first time.
5. Record the time (seconds) required for the flow to complete, which represents the viscosity value or is converted to centistokes (cSt) by a conversion table/disc.
Notice
- A stopwatch with high accuracy is required when using.
- Ensure that the measurement environment and liquid temperature meet the standard requirements for accurate results.
After use, the nozzle should be cleaned promptly to prevent blockage.
- Different models correspond to different viscosity measurement ranges, please choose the appropriate model according to the sample viscosity.
- The No. 8 cup is a customized model and needs to be confirmed in advance.
