Principle
The system controls the servo motor to rotate through CHENCHI controller. After the speed control system and the deceleration system, the beam is driven up or down by the precision screw pair to complete the tensile mechanical properties test of the sample. This process realizes the test of no pollution, low noise and high efficiency.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Set test parameters, such as speed, force value, etc., through a five-inch color LCD touch screen.
3. Install the specimen and adjust the beam position to fit the tensile space.
4. Start the test, and the system automatically controls the beam movement for testing.
5. Monitor the test force, displacement, peak value and other data displayed on the LCD screen.
6. After the test is completed, the system automatically stops and records the results.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz to avoid voltage instability.
