Principle
Through the CHENCHI controller, the system controls the servo motor to rotate through the speed control system, and after deceleration by the deceleration system, the tensile mechanical properties of the sample are completed by the rise and fall of the precision screw pair with the beam.

Steps
1. Connect the 220V 50HZ power supply
2. Set test parameters through a five-inch color LCD touch screen
3. Installation sample
4. Select the test speed (within the range of 1mm/min to 500mm/min)
5. Start the test and the beam starts to move
6. Observe the test force, displacement, peak value and other data displayed on the LCD screen
7. Stop the equipment after the test is completed
Notice
• Power supply voltage check before use if it meets the 220V 50HZ requirement
• Make sure the equipment is well grounded to prevent leakage
• Note that the test force must not exceed the range of 3000N
• Pay attention to observe whether the limit protection function is normal during operation
• Regularly check the synchronous belt drive system
